Our Walking Football programme has been designed for all abilities and is broken down into appropriate age groups. We currently have over 700 participants on the programme who play on a weekly basis. Every session has a structured approach with a qualified and first aid trained coach/referee.
The coach meets the player in the clubhouse prior to the start of sessions to introduce any new players
The warmup is a pulse raiser with mobilisation exercises designed to prepare the body for activity
Approx one hour match (5 minute drinks break)
Allows the body to gradually transition to a resting state, this usually involves a slow walk around the pitch
Refreshments- (Beechcroft only)
Following the session drinks and other refreshments are provided in the clubhouse, this is a chance to get to know your fellow players
